Ah yes! After the whole blogosphere, including thousands of news channels around the world, have shared their bite with the story of Osama Bin Laden’s death, it’s obvious that its buzz would carry out in the mainstream of media, in just about anything you can think of! As of today, a new Counter Strike map developed by Fletch is now gaining some popularity with the famous tactical FPS LAN / WAN game of the yesteryear. Why? Let’s just say the full map is based from Osama Bin Laden’s compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan – you know? The place said to be the hideout of FBI’s most wanted man. So the name of this map is fy_abbottabad, and you can download it now for 1MB. Just to give you some specifics, it will only work for Counter-Strike: Source and it supports up to 32 players, including options if you want it to be a bomb or hostage type of map. Likewise, this map was created three days ago, and was already downloaded for 11.5k times with 120k views around the net — who says counter-strike is already dead huh? What do you think?
